MPM: Ep. 340 – The Lesser Hemsworth

Hey everyone! Welcome to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! Because of my recent shenanigans with making the crew watch the Star Wars Holiday Special, Phil steals on of my picks and we collaborate on a couple of Bermuda Triangle movies. This week, we roast through Satan’s Triangle from 1975, as well as Triangle from 2009. In this episode, you’ll hear us come up with our own Bermuda Triangle theories, we wonder exactly how hard a dead swordfish’s sword is, and Cheat gets aggravated again for our usage of “sucked off”. Enjoy!

Hey everyone! Welcome to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! For this week, Phil picks White Men Can’t Jump and Passenger 57. In this episode, you’ll hear us talk about our favorite “Yo momma” jokes, we bring up how common it was to highjack planes, and we once again talk about what a garbage human Tom Sizemore is. Enjoy!

MPM: Ep. 336 – Welcome To Podcast Hell!

Hey everyone! Welcome to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! After a great response last year, we’ve decided to do another MPM Black History Month, where we only highlight films that are directed, acted, or written by African-Americans. In this episode, we roast through one of the staple horror anthologies from the 90’s, Tales From The Hood, as well as the recent 2018 sequel, Tales From The Hood 2. Both of these movies were directed by Rusty Cundieff (The Chappelle Show) and executive produced by Spike Lee. You’ll hear us talk about our personal hell, we talk about how relevant the stories from the 90’s are twenty-five years later, and we argue whether big villains are scarier than small villains. Enjoy!

MPM: Ep. 335 – Individually Wrapped Cleese Slice

Hey everyone! Welcome to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! This week, our non-existent special guest Ed picks the films, and we roast through The Time Travelers from 1964 as well as the Terry Gilliam 80’s fantasy flick, Time Bandits. In this episode, you’ll hear us decide whether we would go into an alternate dimension, we wonder if you can have anything British without John Cleese, and we discuss the VHS tapes we wore out as children. Enjoy!
